No refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless there was an error on our behalf. Returns or exchange requests must be presented within 3 days of receiving the item(s) Exclusions apply. We are not responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped, you will be assessed a cancelation fee of 15% before credit is issued. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processer and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During the process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

Wigs Cancellation 
Wigs, hairpieces or special colors must be ordered from the manufacturers and this processing time may be 7-14 business days. If the customer cancels the order during this period, an order cancellation charge of 15%-50% will be applied depending on the value of the product. 
Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect Beauty & Braids absorbs the full cost of the items in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 15%-50% cancellation fee.
Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We carefully pack every order, so damaged products are incredibly rare and unlikely to happen to you. In the unlikely event that a shipper damages your products during transit, please contact your carrier to open a claim. 
Refused Packages
If you refuse your package from the carrier or if the package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as wigs), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale as all sale items are finals
 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

-Merchant shipped wrong item
-Never received product
-Product doesn’t match the description
-Product was damaged upon arrival INSIDE of packaging. We are not responsible for loss or damages once a package is turned over to the carrier.
**PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY**
- ELIGIBLE PRODUCT(S): MUST BE IN ORIGINAL AND PERFECT FACTORY CONDITION (UNALTERED, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED) AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. 
- ODOR FREE (ANY ODORS ON THE PRODUCT WILL RENDER THE PRODUCT NOT APPROVED) 
- IF THE PRODUCT(S) HAVE BEEN ALTERED, WORN, DAMAGED, OR TAGS/PACKAGING TAMPERED WITH, PRODUCTS WILL BE INELIGIBLE.

Payments
Credit for returns or exchanges will be issued after your merchandise is received AND TAKES ON THE AVERAGE 4-10 DAYS depending on when we received the merchandise back, please be patient and rest assured that all will be processed in a timely manner.
