REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of braided wigs and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo or video).
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or used items.
Note that using non- recommended products, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, plucking the baby hairs or any form of alteration, VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement if it applies.
